  1. L’éducation à la sexualité: conceptions d’enseignants et futurs enseignants de trois pays maghrébins (Tunisie, Maroc, Algérie)

    Cet article analyse les conceptions d’enseignants et futurs enseignants sur l’éducation à la sexualité dans les trois pays du Maghreb: Tunisie, Algérie, Maroc. Un questionnaire, construit et validé dans le cadre du projet de recherche européen BIOHEAD-Citizen, a été rempli par 1306 enseignants et futurs enseignants de ces trois pays. Des analyses multivariées ont permis d’identifier des différences entre les trois pays, ainsi que certaines convergences, et d’établir des liens entre les conceptions des enseignants sur l’éducation à la sexualité, et leurs opinions religieuses ou politiques. …

    In recent years, local and national authorities in countries around the world have adopted wide-ranging measures to address human rights violations against lesbian, gay, bi, trans (LGBT) and intersex people. The present study references more than 200 such initiatives introduced in 65 countries in every region of the world. While not comprehensive, the study provides an overview of policy trends, highlighting positive developments and drawing attention to areas that require further action.

    Based on interviews with more than 50 LGBT students and former students in fourteen prefectures throughout Japan—as well as teachers, officials, and academic experts—this report documents bullying, harassment, and discrimination in Japanese schools based on sexual orientation and gender identity or expression, and the poor record of schools when it comes to appropriately responding to and preventing such incidents.

  12. La Violencia homofóbica y transfóbica en el ámbito escolar: hacia centros educativos inclusivos y seguros en América Latina

    La publicación ha sido elaborada como parte del proyecto “Educación y Respeto para la prevención y atención del bullying homofóbico y transfóbico de las instituciones educativas”, con apoyo del Ministerio de Educación, Cultura y Ciencia de los Países Bajos. Este documento considera un abordaje amplio de los tipos de violencia escolar que afectan la región, sobre todo la violencia homofóbica y transfóbica.     The Women and Equalities Committee report on Transgender Equality makes over 30 recommendations in a wide range of policy areas. It calls on the Government to take action to ensure full equality for trans people, emphasising the need to update existing legislation; provide better services, especially in the NHS; and improve confidence in the criminal justice system.
