    This policy seeks to: define those areas where HIV/AIDS can impact on the public service and its employees and clearly state the position of the public service in terms of management of all aspects of the problem; assist all role players to manage HIV/AIDS in the workplace appropriately; create a safe working environment for all employees; discourage discriminatory responses in the workplace to anybody know or suspected to have HIV/AIDS.

  2. Workplace policy on HIV and AIDS

    The Ministry recognizes the important role education plays in reducing the spread of HIV and its responsibilities to provide guidance to its employees and others working education sector in Cambodia in providing effective education to the youth of Cambodia on HIV and AIDS.     The policy and institutional infrastructure for managing HIV and AIDS in the Republic of South Africa Public Service is the policy framework for managing HIV and AIDS and the requirement for departments to put in place EAPs (Employee Assistance Programme).
