    The propose of the study was to probe in greater depth, and within the more systematic frame of a research methodology, the dynamics of two current initiatives aiming to provide support to vulnerable children in both Lesotho and Swaziland.     Education International (EI) has been invited to present its report to the triennial meeting of the Expert Committee on the Application of the 1966 ILO/UNESCO Recommendation on the Status of Teachers and the 1997 UNESCO Recommendation on the Status of Higher-Education Teaching Personnel (CEART) in 2009.
