    Each and every public servant has an obligation to ensure that they inform themselves about HIV and AIDS and play a role in the national response to the pandemic. This manual provides some useful information for all government employees and, when read along with the national strategy, should provide a road map for all sectors to determine how they can effectively respond to this crisis.
