    Adolescents and youth are a key population for reproductive health (RH) interventions, because young people suffer disproportionately from negative RH outcomes, including acquisition of HIV and other sexually transmitted infections; unintended, unwanted, or mistimed pregnancy; unsafe abortion; and gender-based violence.   2. HIV and sexual and reproductive health programming: innovative approaches to integrated service delivery

    This compendium has profiled and analysed 11 case studies on integrated service delivery in the context of EMTCT from 9 countries in sub-Saharan Africa. All of the examples demonstrate a general trend towards the implementation of integrated service delivery models supported by policy frameworks adopted in country and by service organizations at the facility level. These promising practices are by no means exhaustive or geographically representative. They do, however, contain valuable and practical vignettes of integrated service delivery in countries with generalized HIV epidemics. …

  3. Developing policies on the sexual and reproductive health and rights of young people in Europe

    This companion publication summarizes the guidelines and recommendations contained in the main Policy Guide "Guide for Developing Policies on Sexual and Reproductive Health and Rights of Young People in Europe". Launched during IPPF European Network's final SAFE conference in Brussels, this policy guide provides a series of broad recommendations intended to guide policymakers and programmers in creating a more youth-friendly SRHR policy environment for young people.
