    The purpose of this Strategic Plan is to be a framework for: - identifying medium-term, coherent and cohesive, cost-effective plans for shaping the response to HIV/AIDS and STIs; - the preparation of annual operational plans for implementation; - identification of resource needs, and gaps in available resources, both human and financial; - formulating requests for assistance, that match donors' priorities and mandates, but also fit with the needs and priorities of the Government of Cambodia; - coordination of activities, plans, strategies and resources of all kinds from all sources.

Utilizing Title IX, which guarantees the rights of pregnant/mothering students to an education equal to her peers, as an analytical lens, the author specifically identifies how absences in knowledge, research, and practice about the education of pregnant/mothering students are constructed.     Adolescent pregnancy and its consequences represent a major public health concern in many low-middle income countries of the world.   12. Knowledge, attitudes and practices concerning HIV/AIDS among Iranian at-risk sub-populations

    This study in 2003 looked at knowledge, attitudes and behaviours concerning HIV among 3 high-risk groups (201 cross-border truck drivers, 50 female sex workers and 754 youths) in 4 cities in the Islamic Republic of Iran. The level of knowledge about HIV was low on average, especially among individuals with high-risk behaviours. Truck drivers and female sex workers had higher knowledge about sexually transmitted infections than youths but their knowledge came primarily from personal experience rather than public awareness programmes. …
