    This policy and guidelines document is a response to a Government of Uganda initiative which requires that each sector should develop a sector specific policy that is consistent with and responds to the National Strategic Framework. This policy takes its lead from the Revised National Strategic Framework for HIV/AIDS Activities in Uganda 2003/4-2005/6 which is lead by th Uganda AIDS Commission and is intended to provide guidance to all HIV/AIDS stakeholders.
