    Gender-based violence (GBV) is a pervasive human rights issue with public health consequences.     A new project by National Public Radio, the Kaiser Family Foundation, and Harvard University's Kennedy School examines Americans' views on sex education in the nations public schools. The survey of general public was conducted among a random nationally representative sample of 1759 respondents 18 years of age or older, including an oversample of parents of children in 7th through 12th grade.
