    Teaching about sex and relationships is one of the greatest challenges in not only the combating of HIV and AIDS, but also in preparing the youth for responsible sexual behaviour.     This issue of Quality/Calidad/Qualite published by the Population Council documents the Mongolian universal sexuality education programme supported by UNFPA. This Adolescent Reproductive Health Project known as "PO Zorga" was implemented by the Margaret Sanger Centre International since June 1998.
