    Le Plan national multisectoriel de lutte contre le VIH, le Sida et les IST (PNM) est le document d’orientation opérationnel de la réponse nationale au VIH au cours de l’année. Les priorités à mettre en oeuvre au cours de l’année 2014 sont reparties en fonction des cinq (5) axes stratégiques définis dans le CSLS 2011-2015 et qui constituent les domaines programmatiques des interventions. Pour chaque axe stratégique, il a été déterminé les effets, les résultats attendus et les Domaines d’actions prioritaires (DAP) qui permettent de formuler les activités à réaliser.

  3. Parents' perceptions of HIV counselling and testing in schools: ethical, legal and social implications

    In view of the high prevalence of HIV and AIDS in South Africa, particularly among adolescents, the Departments of Health and Education have proposed a school-based HIV counselling and testing (HCT) campaign to reduce HIV infections and sexual risk behaviour. Through the use of semi-structured interviews, our qualitative study explored perceptions of parents regarding the ethico-legal and social implications of the proposed campaign. It provides key recommendations to fill the gaps in the policy and and legal framework as well as recommendations towards better enforcement of the existing laws protecting the rights of women and girls.
