The objective of this review is to identify high-quality interventions and evaluations to decrease unintended and repeat pregnancy among young people in low- and middle-income countries. PubMed, Embase, PsycInfo, Cinahl Plus, Popline, and the Cochrane Databases were searched for all languages for articles published through November 2015. Gray literature was searched by hand.     The overall purpose of the research was to evaluate My Future is My Choice (MFMC), a national peer education HIV prevention life skills programme in Namibia, and to provide recommendations for programme improvement and strengthening. An official extra-curricular life skills program of the Ministry of Education at secondary and combined schools, the MFMC programme seeks to protect young people from HIV infection and sexually transmitted diseases as well as prevent unintended pregnancies.
