This tool can be used to analyze the capacity of national Civil Society Organizations (CSOs) that implement Orphans and Other Vulnerable Children (OVC) activities. Specifically, the tool can beáused to identify capacity building needs, plan technical support interventions, and monitor and evaluate the impact of capacity building support.
