Se basa en testimonios de reclusos, las condiciones de vida al interior de los recintos, las situaciones de riesgo de contagio de VIH que deben enfrentar, el tratamiento para las personas que viven con VIH, los casos de corrupción y violencia (institucional y por parte de los reclusos) que viven.
