    The overall objective of the National Multi-Sectoral HIV and AIDS Resource Mobilization Strategy 2015/16-2019/20 is to ensure that there are adequate resources for the HIV and AIDS response. This briefing paper reports the findings of a 2012 study on HIV and human rights donor trends in Southern Africa, commissioned by the Open Society Foundations.
