    Uuringut „HIV-i temaatikaga seotud teadmised, hoiakud ja käitumine Eesti noorte hulgas“ teostati 2010. aastal neljandat korda. Andmekogumist teostati kahes vanusrühmas: 10–18-aastased üldhariduskoolide õpilased ning 19–29-aastased noored. Uuringu viis läbi Tervise Arengu Instituut. Uuringu eesmärgiks on saada ülevaade Eesti noorte HIV-nakkusega seotud teadmistest, arusaamadest ja suhtumistest, seksuaalkäitumisest, kondoomi kasutamise harjumustest ja testimisest HIV-i suhtes.   3. Plan d'action triennal de lutte contre les IST/VIH/SIDA du secteur de la fonction publique, du travail, de la jeunesse et des sports

    Le plan d’action du Département de la Fonction Publique, du Travail, de la Jeunesse et des Sports vise à contribuer à l’atteinte des objectifs de la lutte définis dans le Cadre Stratégique National de Lutte contre les IST/VIH/SIDA. Les Cibles du Plan d’action du département sont constitués principalement par le personnel du département, les jeunes membres des associations sportives, les travailleurs, les familles de ces groupes. Les associations de jeunes seront touchées par l’intervention de la société civile et des services décentralisés.

    This paper explores the roles of acute infection and concurrent partnerships in HIV transmission dynamics among young adults in Zimbabwe using realistic representations of the partnership network and all published estimates of stage-specific infectivity. We use dynamic exponential random graph models to estimate partnership network parameters from an empirical study of sexual behavior and drive a stochastic simulation of HIV transmission through this dynamic network. …

  6. Kenya national HIV and AIDS communication strategy for youth, 2007

    This Communication Strategy provides a broad framework that will guide communication on youth and HIV and AIDS in Kenya for the next three years. It intends to address needs and gaps in communication programming identified in the areas of knowledge, skills and self-efficacy, capacity, coordination, policy support and utilisation of services. These issues were identified through a situation analysis conducted at the beginning of developing this strategy, and from consultations with stakeholders implementing HIV and AIDS programmes among the youth.

    This case study describes a collaboration between the Ministry of Youth, Sports and Culture, and the YouthNet and IMPACT Projects of Family Health International that was supported with funding from the Bureau for Global Health of USAID.
