    This tool can be used to analyze the capacity of national Civil Society Organizations (CSOs) that implement Orphans and Other Vulnerable Children (OVC) activities. Specifically, the tool can beáused to identify capacity building needs, plan technical support interventions, and monitor and evaluate the impact of capacity building support. The tool was developed to enable the use of participatory processes to assess capacity gaps/needs of national OVC CSOs in a number of areas.
