    This facilitator’s guide describes how to plan, deliver and evaluate the workshop effectively. The workshop is designed to take five consecutive days in one week, although it can be adapted for shorter trainings as needed. Each day covers a different area of SRHR and HIV integration, with the order and flow of sessions designed to relate back to each other. The workshop culminates with a site visit and group discussion. Sessions include suggestions, tips and reminders for facilitators, and list materials needed.     BACKGROUND: Over a third of new HIV infections globally are among 15-24 year-olds and over 20% among adolescents aged 10-19 years in Asia Pacific.     The Kenya Girl Guide Association (KGGA) and Family Health International (FHI)/Impact began a program, which was developed by PATH, in 1999 to train young Girl Guides as HIV peer educators in their schools.     Access to antiretroviral (ARV) drugs in Sub-Saharan Africa has rapidly expanded - from fewer than 10,000 people treated in 2000 to more than 8 million in 2011. To measure the impact of this expansion, it is necessary to identify the behavioral response of individuals to drug access.     Malawi is among the 10 countries in the world with the highest HIV prevalence rate, estimated at 12%. Among occupational groups, teachers in Malawi are especially at risk. Their HIV prevalence rate is 23%, almost double the national rate (National AIDS Commission 2009). However, when trainee teachers enter into Teacher Training Colleges (TTCs) their estimated HIV prevalence rate is under 3%.
