    In 2014, the Open Society Foundations produced License to be Yourself, a report on progressive gender recognition laws and policies for trans people, and the activist strategies behind them. This brief is one of four complementary resources for activists. Each brief summarizes key arguments made by those opposing access to legal gender recognition.     Le harcèlement est présent dans tous les établissements, sous des formes variées. Il est parfois difficile à déceler. Le 26 novembre 2013, une nouvelle campagne pour lutter contre le harcèlement à l’école a été lancée. Elle repose sur 4 axes: sensibiliser, former, prévenir, et prendre en charge. Cette campagne nationale a pour objectif d’accompagner les écoles et établissements scolaires dans la mise en oeuvre d’une politique de prévention du harcèlement conformément au rapport annexé de la loi n°2013-595 d’orientation et de refondation de l’école de la République du 8 juillet 2013. …
